If your emails or your website suddenly stopped working then your IP address may be blocked by our server. This is the most common tech support request. A simple test is to try to access our website at www.net360solutions.com - if you are unable, then your IP is probably blocked.
It's an easy fix! Please go to the website www.whatsmyip.org and locate the IP address at the top of the page (example: Your IP Address is 22.214.171.124). Then enter your IP address in the form on this page and click 'SUBMIT' to send it over to us. We will then unblock your IP and that should fix any technical issues you were having.
If your IP does not appear to be blocked, then please try turning your device(s) off, and then back on again, then try accessing your website or emails again.
